I think some of them might be more amenable than others. I'm talking to a bunch of Zenith right now, away from all the Meridian hostility, and I'd say there's plenty of open discussion with a sprinkling of distrust towards me, or towards Meridian in general.
It's a good starting point, right? We soured things with the invasion, but they won the Oracle, so I get the feeling that from their perspective, we've sort of broken even. Or, I suppose they think they're ahead, for those who care about the Oracles.
Regardless, I think now is a good time to try to build bridges, and nip all this Meridian talk of killing in the bud before it escalates. So yeah, why not consider ambassadors? It's a good idea.

Liem must've been through some harrowing stuff to end up where he did in the manner that he did. [Which is a very polite way of phrasing 'Hayame fuckin killed him'.] Rudbeckia is a bag of nerves, and I think she's convinced Meridian all hate her now and that she's an awful person. Minegishi Gen... He's grouchy? I'm pretty sure he's always like that, though.
I don't know if anyone on Zenith's side is looking out for any of them, but I'm sure at least two of them could use some support.
I do not know what happened to drive Liem into Zenith's embrace, but I know enough of Ruby and Gen's motives.

He does prickle, at the mere suggestion that others within Zenith might not be looking after them — that all three of them are alone in a crowded room — !! ]
